FOR TEVA, A GLOBAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY ACTIVE IN 60+ MARKETS WORLDWIDE, GRAIL CREATED A CORPORATE SUMMER EVENT DESIGNED TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER THROUGH EXPERIENCE, ENTERTAINMENT AND BRAND CULTURE.
GRAIL created the concept “Summer Holidays in Tevaland” — a fictional world somewhere between Neverland and Wonderland, imagined as a playground for adults. A place where time slows down, curiosity leads the way and everything feels lighter, freer and more surreal.

Before the event, guests were introduced to Tevaland through interactive pre-event communication — a dedicated website, evolving story elements and curated content designed to build anticipation and increase attendance.
The daytime experience unfolded as a wellbeing retreat — with motivational talks, interactive magic performances, and activities including tennis, padel, sound healing sessions and team-based experiences.
As evening fell, the atmosphere shifted into a festival-like, immersive world. Guests explored glitter zones, positive fortune-telling, cocktail stations and scenographic spaces, while the night featured Teva’s annual awards, show moments and a high-energy electro-pop finale.
The following morning brought everyone together again for a shared breakfast — closing the experience through connection and reflection.
Attendance exceeded expectations, feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the event was recognised as one of Teva’s most successful — delivering a meaningful and engaging way to communicate care for employee wellbeing.
