Employee awards event transformed into Cinematic movie experience

For Kika Group, GRAIL created and delivered a corporate awards event for 150 employees, built around a cinematic Movie Awards concept. Each nomination was inspired by the world of film — from Director of the Year and Actor of the Year to Backstage Team of the Year and International Plot of the Year.

The event took place in two parts. The first was held at Kauno Ryšių Kiemelis, where GRAIL designed the awards experience with a pavilion, stage, LED screen, custom award visuals, dinner and a live entertainment programme hosted by actress Toma Vaškevičiūtė.

The celebration then moved into a dedicated after-party space, where guests continued the evening with a live performance by Vaidas Baumila.

This second part of the event brought energy, celebration and a sense of shared achievement — turning the awards evening into a complete employee experience.
